The climate in this region has two most outstanding seasons: summer and winter. In summer, from April to October, it is hot and humid and rainy. In winter, from November to March, it is bitterly drier and colder. The average temperature is around 25 degrees. The lowest temperatures are from December to January. This is the ideal time for the travellers from the South and the other places to visit Sapa, Tam Dao city and Hoang Lien Son mountain range because they have snow and ice.
